Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the contract value is made by the Buyer in a non-cash form by transferring the amount specified in clause 3.1 of this Agreement to the Supplier's settlement account with a prepayment of 90%, no later than 2 (two) banking days from the date of signing the contract and 10% after the transfer of equipment and completed documents.
