POST-POSITION BIDDING!!!!
1. TRADES are held in RUSSIAN currency.
2. To submit offers in currency, please use the Euro 79 exchange rate, Dol. 67.65 Rub. It Is OBLIGATORY to PROVIDE the KP With the PRICE in CURRENCY on currency positions.
3. In case of technical questions, please contact all the above-mentioned responsible persons for the plants.
4. You must download the quotation in the form of a price table.
5. Prices should be specified without VAT and include the cost of goods, packaging, registration of the statutory documentation, delivery to the Factories.
6. Payment will be made in rubles at the expiry of 40 (forty) calendar days.
7. Standard penalties 2.5% per week.
8. Fixing the price for a minimum of 6 months with a possible prolongation (preference is given to the supplier with the longest price fixing period).
9. The Winner (i) of the bidding is approved by the Chairman of the Tender Committee, according to the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, availability/absence of advance, guarantee, standard terms Rusagro, terms of fixing the price).
10. ALL trades for Rusagro counterparties on the B2B are free.
11. EDS is not required at this time.
