Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Calculation for Goods actually delivered, within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signature by the buyer the invoice and receive merchandise invoice.
Delivery terms:goods delivery is carried out by contracted Transport Provider company _ (business lines, PAIK, RATEK) in the following order:
- delivery from supplier's warehouse, located at: g. _ St. _ j. _ page. _ to Terminal transport company based in Omsk, is carried out at the expense of the supplier. The shipping cost is included in the price of the goods.
- delivery of goods from a shipping company in Omsk to the warehouse of the buyer, shall be carried out by a buyer (EXW).
