If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay to the Supplier the sum in the amount of 15 (one hundred) percent of the consignment value within fifteen (15) business days from provision of the shipping documents (commercial invoice, consignment note or waybill).
Delivery terms:1. Prices indicate on the terms of EXW (self-delivery from the supplier's warehouse). Transport costs are not included in the cost of production. In the cost of products provide packaging and if necessary a crate of cargo.
2. Specify the shelf life of the product for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Identify the manufacturer of the products. Indicate the attitude to products. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of compliance, passport, etc.).
5. Products should be new, not used. Products must be in line with the assigned technical task;
6. Specify warranty terms for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC is commissioned.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total by lot (mass, volume).
8. When shipping, each cargo seat must be attached to a packing sheet on the form set by the buyer. Before you send it, send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure to fill in additional offer fields (5 pieces). Fields should be filled informatively, without comment - "in KP."

Winner criteria:

1. Compliance with the proposed products conditions of the technical task, the agreement of the Customer.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the buyer's warehouse in Magadan.
3. The order is ready for shipment.
4. The participant's attitude to the products (producer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing the full package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.
