Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant consignment of goods no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding consignment of goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comment), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
1) KP must be issued in the form attached to this lot: KP and Appendix 1. Together with the electronic version, it is necessary to place the scanned KP with the seal and signature of the head and attach to the boot documentation.
2) For participants in the procedure - it is required to download the documents together with the CP:
a) the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
b) certificate of state registration (on the assignment of the PSRN);
c) certificate of tax registration;
d) the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
e) if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
f) a letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
g) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
h) accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period, if the counterparty draws up interim accounting (financial) statements, with evidence attached to the reporting of the tax inspection;
i) consent to the processing of personal data for legal entities (the form is attached to the downloaded documentation).
3) The products must be new, not previously used, confectionery products must be made no earlier than 2 months from the date of issuing the technical specifications;
4) Commercial proposal shall be accompanied with conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate
5) Before shipment, you must provide a photo of the product packaging
6) Contract awarding criteria: agreement with our contract form, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not governed by Articles 447 - 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.


Food products must have a certificate and have a shelf life of at least 6 months from the date of shipment of the Goods.
