Payment terms:Payment is due within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), or by rail to the station in Kogalym or to the terminal of the transport company in Kogalym, taking into account all costs and risks upon delivery, Delivery can be carried out in full or in separate batches and accompanied by all the necessary documents, according to the list specified in the supply contract.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. A scanned copy of a commercial proposal indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. Permitting documentation (certificate of conformity, permission to use, if the products are subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company seal.
Request for proposals is carried out in relation to the current demand.
Submission of an offer from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the range of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specifications.

Comments:
Prices are provided without VAT including transportation costs.

1. The products must be new (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).

2. Product requirements:
- availability of marking (categorization) of equipment, materials, spare parts (products) by energy efficiency classes;
- availability of information on the efficiency of equipment, materials, spare parts (products).

3. Participation involves:
- Manufacturers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on the authorization to sell the requested products);

4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time of products;
- Consent of the participant with the edition of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreements (the official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of transfer of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded on the ETP).

5. Delivery of products must be carried out in accordance with the stated requirements (both the requirements of regulatory documents and additional customer requirements agreed by the parties).

6. The constituent documents for the conclusion of the contract must be submitted after the applicant is recognized as the winner (the list is attached in the attached file);

7. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

8. This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
