If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment within 15 working days after receipt at the consignee's warehouse
Delivery terms:Delivery to the consignee's warehouse, assembly and installation as required.
Georeferencing:Sverdlovsk region, Krasnoturinsk, 36 block Vorontsovsky forestry Karpinsky forestry.
Comments:
1. The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
2. Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate
3. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Be sure to attach the CP with the manufacturer's indication. In case equivalents are suggested, please, specify the manufacturer and the technical parameters in the commercial proposal. Filling in the TCH form in the attachment is MANDATORY!
