Payment terms:
1. 100% postpayment upon receipt of the warehouse of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
Price taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in this case, specify the delivery method).
Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are shipped, the Buyer must be notified with copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

7) Warranty.
