Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the buyer pays 100 (one hundred) per cent of the total value of the goods delivered to the nearest payment date after the expiration of the 150 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the original call tag. Payment days are number 15 and the penultimate working day of the month.
