1) A list of mandatory information that must be reflected in the commercial proposal is attached to the request for prices. In the absence of information on at least one of the points, the proposal will not be considered and will be rejected.
2) Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
3) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- the price of goods and materials (including VAT, the cost of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse, cost of packing (packing must comply strictly with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the entire consignment);
- delivery method;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
5) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming quality
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (requirements for marking in the uploaded documentation)
7) Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
8) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
9) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil law
