Payment terms:
Payment is made on 60 calendar day after the end of the month in which the delivery took place.
Delivery terms:
The products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (LUKOIL-AIK LLC BPO Base 174 km of Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), or by rail to the station. Kogalym or to the transport company terminal in Mt. Consistent with all costs and risks of delivery, the shipment can be delivered in whole or in separate batches and be accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list specified supply contract.

1. The product must be new (the official confirmation must be loaded on the ETP).
2. Product Requirements:

3. Participating are:
- Manufacturers of the requested products
- Official representatives, dealers (required to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of authority from the manufacturer to sell the requested products);
4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer)
- Delivery time;
- The participant's agreement with the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a record of disagreements (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
- Fix the price for the entire delivery period from the time of participation in the procedure until the delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
5. The products must be delivered in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory requirements and additional customer requirements agreed upon by the parties).
6. Articles of incorporation for the contract must be submitted after the applicant is recognized as the winner (the list is attached);
7. This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.
8s. This Request for Proposals is not an offer (public offer) by the promoter. The Promoter has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
9. In order to avoid any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for integrity and integrity by any available tools and methods.
10s. Suggestions from participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted.
11. A prerequisite for filling the tabular part on the ETP! Information relating to the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of the procurement documents should be included in the offer fields in their entirety. Failure to comply with these requirements is grounds for rejection of this proposal.
