Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (the list of banks is in Appendix 5 of the Purchasing Documentation).
Delivery terms:1. Deadline: April 2020, the beginning of work - the 2nd quarter, the total duration of the work –5 days (work stand) 2 days (plate of spindles);
2. It is MANDATORY to visit and inspect the facility before submitting a tender application!
3. Current production.
4. Passing the audit of the Customer.
5. Compliance with the regulations on the admission of contracting organizations for the performance of work, the provision of services in the territory and facilities of the Company (Appendix 4 of the procurement documentation). Mandatory development and coordination of POR!
6. Compliance with internal regulations on the territory of the plant (Appendix 7 of the procurement documentation).
7. Customer Material in Appendix 1 to the procurement documentation, the rest is the Material of the contractor.
8. Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is mandatory (the list of banks is in Appendix 5 of the Purchasing Documentation).
9. The conclusion of the contract is provided for in the form of a model contract, adopted by PJSC "ChTPZ" (Appendix 6 of the procurement documentation).
