Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is desirable within 30-90 calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate of completion, with an advance payment, a bank guarantee is required.
Delivery terms:Mandatory submission of a commercial proposal in the form of the Customer
(Appendix 2) and technical proposal (Appendix 3).
It is mandatory to visit the Customer’s site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).

3. Mandatory training:
- Implementation of a working draft on the gutter, with information on the installation of supports under the gutter (method of attachment, location of attachment, materials). The detailing of the work performed and the completeness of the supplied equipment should be determined by the working draft and agreed with the customer
- Project for the production of works for the dismantling and installation of the gutter;

- Executive scheme for the pipeline containing the rules for safe operation with the scheme of the pipeline indicating valves, bends, tees, etc .;
- Certificates for used materials.
