Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the recipient.
Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:
Delivery - the third quarter of 2020, until 30.09.2020 at the addresses:
1. - 353991, Russia, Krasnodar Territory, Novorossiysk, industrial zone "Kirillovskaya", 5th Industrial Street, 3.
2. - Republic of Kalmykia, Chernozemsky district, 20km. from the village of Naryn Khuduk.
All shipping costs, disposal charges, customs duties and other costs should be included in the price.
The supplied products shall be new. Year of manufacture 2020.

- 12 km northeast of the village of Naryn-Khuduk, Chernozemelsky district of the republic
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. At the first stage, participants must submit a technical and commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure.
Also, to your proposals in electronic form, attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list of documents.
In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. After consideration of the technical and commercial proposal for compliance with the terms of reference, participants will be notified of admission to the second stage (rebidding).
4. The supplier must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
5. The cost should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
