| Payment terms: | Option 1: Advance payment amounting to 30% of the value of the delivered equipment lot DDP during 30 days from the date on which the Supplier of the original invoice and ensure the return of advance payment (for choosing a supplier of bank guarantee, surety or form of cash by listing them to the customer).
Final payment within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the equipment at the party place of realization of the project with a positive act of control input, signed by the customer, the original invoice and the invoice.
Payment shall be made in proportion to the parties of the equipment. Party equipment are shipped according to the schedule given in the technical specifications.
Option 2: Without advance payment 100% within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the equipment at the party place of realization of the project with a positive act of control input, signed by the customer, the original invoice and the invoice.
