The participant of the purchase must attach to the application a commercial offer and a participant's questionnaire with the contacts of the contact persons.
The winner among the participants will be the organization that offered the best conditions for payment, delivery and due date for the application.
The contract will provide for the possibility of adjusting the nomenclature and the volume of procurement:
- downwards to 20%
- upwards to 50%
