Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) is made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse within __60__ days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is 30-60 days. Delivery of products (goods) by the Supplier's vehicle to the Buyer's warehouse.Transportation costs are included in the price of products (goods).

Comments:
Contract is to be concluded as worded by PAO "ChMK". The quantity of the purchased equipment can be changed. The passport and conformity certificate are necessary to be provided. The equipment should be produced not earlier than in 2016. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer has the right to reject all offers received for any reason, or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
