PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your company to take part in the pre-qualification of participants for the transportation of direct and consolidated cargoes between warehouses of the Central region, as well as transportation of goods to objects Construction in KhMAO/YNAO of PJSC "VimpelCom" for a period of 2 years.
Pre-qualification is carried out on the 3rd Lots:
LOT 1. Transportation of large-tonnage cargoes between warehouses.
LOT 2.$ Transportation of Groupage cargoes between warehouses.
General Qualification on Lot 1, 2.
LOT 3.$ Delivery of goods to construction facilities in KhMAO/YANAO.
Separate qualification on Lot 3.
Prequalification is carried out in order to identify contractors who will later be able to take part in procurement activities for these categories of procurement in different subjects of the Central region VimpelCom.

The pre-qualification will consist of the following stages:
• collection of documentation from counterparties;
• verification of submitted documents.
To participate in the Pre-Qualification, it is necessary to submit the following documents on the B2B-Center electronic trading platform within the specified time period (deadline for submission of Applications):
1. Contacts of the responsible manager on your side for this process of Prequalification (name, position, e-mail, working phone, mobile phone);
2. Electronic copies of the following documents (all samples provided):
Participant's questionnaire (scan in PDF format);
Privacy Statement (scan in PDF format);
Letter of confirmation of unaffiliation (scan in PDF format);
Application of consent to participate in the pre-qualification (scan in PDF format);
Negotiation Agreement (PDF scan);
Statement of Conformity with Qualification Requirements: separately — for Lots 1 and 2, separately — for Lot 3 (completed, scans in PDF and EXCEL + format all required documents).
3. According to the Qualification Claims, in addition to the Applications themselves, all the documents indicated therein as supporting documents (column "E") are required, depending on the Lot, which selected by you to participate.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
Each electronic document must be:
easy to read;
is saved to a separate file, a single page document is saved to a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes must also be grouped into a single file, $ for example: $ Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
the name of each file must indicate its content, and for the Qualification Statement, the name of the file must contain the number of the Annex to which it relates.

This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
