Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Comments:
An application for participation in the trading procedure for the electronic trading platform of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted without fail by applying a commercial proposal indicating the flight rate in the form of Appendix 1.
Commercial proposal template is provided in Attachment 1 to this RFP. Applications submitted to B2B-Center e-marketplace with no commercial proposal attached (in the form of Attachment 1), will not be considered.
In case the participants have any questions (including those concerning the use of digital signature), they can contact support service using the phone numbers given at the e-marketplace (7610, 7321 extension numbers), as well as they can call the hot line or leave a message via "Support" section.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
