Comments: Briefly the work process:
1. Delivery in the direction of Chita - Ulan-Ude is carried out in one car. According to clause 1.2 of the TE Contract: For the provision of services, the Freight Forwarder has the right to involve third parties - carriers. At the same time, the carriers may be organizations of various forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs duly registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, conducting business activities for at least 3 (Three) years, transporting the Customer's goods on their own vehicles, or used in accordance with a financial lease (leasing) agreement under the management of persons with whom employment contracts have been concluded, or under the direct control of the carrier (individual entrepreneur). The terms of transportation contracts with Carriers must contain a ban on the Carrier's involvement of third parties to provide transportation services (subcontracting).
2. Unloading at the pick-up point of orders, checking the cargo in places (boxes)
3. Delivery of orders to the Customer's customers strictly according to the itinerary provided with the cargo. There are from 1 to 30 unloading addresses in one flight. Delivery should be made within one to two days, depending on the length of the route.
4. The service of unloading orders "to the door" is required.
5. When delivering the cargo, the driver counts the seats. The consignee (the Customer's client) also recalculates the places and marks the receipt of the cargo in all documents. 1 copy each. the driver takes each document with him for further transfer to the Customer's warehouse.
6. In addition to documents marked by the consignee, the driver collects returns – pre-prepared and packed boxes, which must be accompanied by documents issued by the consignee. Marks on the delivery of cargo and the transfer of returns are also placed in the itinerary.
7. After the end of the route, returns must be transferred to the k-d point with the condition of complete safety of such cargo. Returns are returned by number in accordance with the return documents and the itinerary.
8. Return boxes from all directions are transferred from the k-d warehouse to the Customer's warehouse at least once a week.
