Payment terms:Customer shall pay for delivery services in the amount of 100% after all services are rendered in full in accordance with the requirements of the TK, the relevant documents of the representative will be signed the contractor and the customer at the place of delivery of the cargo. The period of final settlements is established up to 30 banking days from the date of signing of documents confirming delivery of cargo (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current the legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract), in the structural unit of the customer, in which the delivery of the goods was the last in time.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
