Delivery terms:List of services: 1. Provision of vehicles with carrying capacity: 1.5 t, 5 t, 10 t, 20 t; 2. Receipt by the driver of the original of one or more powers of attorney (in cases of receipt of goods from different shippers) in the accounting department of the plant;
3. Delivery of goods from the Supplier's warehouse to the plant's warehouse;
4. Delivery of groupage cargo (2 or more loading points) to the plant's warehouse;
5. Registration of documents for the acceptance and delivery of goods;
6. Checking the quantity and condition of goods;
7. Forwarding services.

Comments:
The conditional average indicator of the volume of services per month is indicated with a deviation of up to 30% (a decrease in the 1st and 4th quarters and an increase in the 2nd and 3rd quarters).
Provide a technically sound car at least 24 hours in advance of applying for transport; Ensure that the driver passes compulsory pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations; Ensure the sealing of the fuel tanks of the vehicle while in the territory of JSC "Lebedinsky GOK".
The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
