Payment terms:
The final settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Certificate of Services Rendered, subject to the timely provision UPD invoice and customs declaration, or Certificate of services rendered, subject to the timely submission of the invoice and customs declaration. The term of payment under the agreement is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is established in the Agreement concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment term is 60 calendar days).
Delivery terms:
1. List of transported goods: raw materials for the production of footwear, including roll materials (furs, fabrics, PVC, etc.), bags and boxes with finished products, clothes;
2. Approximate volume of transported cargo on applications up to 82 m3;
3. The approximate average weight of 1 cube of transported cargo is 150 kg. for 1 trip.
4. Approximate number of applications per month - 9 pcs;
5. The term for the provision of services for one application is not more than 7 days
6. Maximum cost of freight forwarding services on the route St. Petersburg-Vitebsk-Bobruisk-Zhlobin-Gomel-Zhlobin-Bobruisk-St. Petersburg (in a circle) alternative along the route: Gomel-Zhlobin-Bobruisk-St. Petersburg-Vitebsk-Bobruisk-Zhlobin -Gomel (in a circle) (excluding VAT 20%) by freight transport with a lifting capacity of 20 t, V = 82 m3, no more than 85,000 rubles.
Maximum possible tariff: 38 rubles / km (excluding VAT 20%)
Reducing the cost of work due to a decrease in the amount of work (decrease or increase in points of unloading and loading along the route) is not formalized by an additional agreement. In this case, the work is paid for the actually completed amount of work in accordance with the rates specified in the application.
