Payment terms:
The bids providing for extended payment will be accepted in this request for proposals.

Delivery terms:
Estimated monthly volume of transportation in open cars is: • loaded runs - 1,350 cars • empty runs - 1,150 cars. Cargo - other hard coal.
Work completion period: monthly, on the regular basis, transportation of cargo shall be performed in the volume as the Customer's clients may require, in accordance with the Customer's applications for transportation.

The participant's commercial offer shall be introduced to the electronic questionnaire when submitting a bid through the e-marketplace of B2B-Center: - term of extension of payment; - credit limit for the Customer (maximum permissible value of receivables); - factor's commission rate for a loaded run; - factor's commission rate for an empty run; - minimum amount of commission (if such limitation exists in the business practice); - note from the participant in no particular form concerning payment for additional services, as well as calculation parameters unaccounted for in the first three items.
The participant shall specify the extent to which he agrees to the standard-form agreement. The complete acceptance of the standard-form agreement will be preferred.
Fixed prices in the participant's bid may be represented only in any other currency but Russian rubles on conditions that the notes on the method of recalculation of these amounts into the official currency of the Russian Federation are given.

Qualification requirements for the bidders: 1. Direct contractual relations with the railway administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be confirmed. 2. Provision of the bidder's own cargo forwarding codes shall be confirmed. 3. Experience in cargo forwarding across the territory of Republic of Kazakhstan shall be confirmed.
III
Organization of procedure: A) The Bidders may request clarifications of the documents through the e-marketplace of B2B-Center, not later than 2 (two) working days prior to expiration of the bid submission deadline. The response to the request for clarifications will be given to all participants by means of the e-marketplace of B2B-Center.
B) The Customer may introduce changes to the terms and conditions of the request for proposals in any time before the first bid is submitted.
C) The results of the Request for quotations will be announced not later than May 13, 2016. The information on the results of participation in the request for proposals will be sent to the participants by means of the e-marketplace of B2B-Center.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
