Обоснование: Решение тендерного комитета: осуществлять закупки текущих потребностей на основании экспресс-мониторингов цен среди всех согласованных службой безопасности поставщиков (в т. ч., но не исключительно, среди всех участвовавших в тендере), предварительно согласовывая сравнительные таблицы со службой безопасности, сохраняя полученные от контрагентов коммерческие предложения в течение календарного года, – в случае увеличения зафиксированных в тендерной таблице цен. Примечание: ООО "СДМ", ООО "ЮТЛ", ООО "Траско" ошибочно указали цены, включающие НДС, в графе "цена без НДС", что повлияло на выбор победителей.
