Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's application and documents according to the APPLICATION at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of their a commercial offer (indicating delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in the procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Preferred delivery date until 20.08.2019.
Terms of delivery: Delivery is carried out by force and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's Warehouse. Transportation costs are set aside by a separate line.
5. To provide on-demand prices: Application; Commercial offer; Technical proposal; Signed contract; Evidence of INN; Documents confirming the quality of products.

The cost must be specified based on delivery to the buyer's warehouse.
Proposals validity period - 90 days at least.
Certificates of compliance, passport, proof of quality must be attached to the products.
Products should be released in 2019, with non-used supporting documents.
