The list of transport and number of hours are specified in the technical specification. The given list of developments is preliminary and the monthly necessity can vary depending on a service necessity. The price is fixed until the end of the year. Requirements imposed by the customer are specified in the technical specification and must be observed on all points, as the services will be provided on the territory of the regime facility of LLC "LUKOIL-Volgograd" with the presence of a GEARBOX and its own system Security.
The first step is to download the following documents: Set of constituent documents, Bukh. Balance sheet, tax return of VAT (if payers), information on ownership of equipment, or lease agreements, licenses for the right of carriage of passengers and initial technical and commercial offer.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure by using the ETP functional (clarification requests).
2. To the proposals in electronic form to participants of the given procedure IT IS NECESSARY before opening of envelopes to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submission of the offer and file in the form of scanned copy of the Commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. The organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of the participant in case of failure or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production must be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
