Auto-extension

Information for participants:

The list of best practices is preliminary and the monthly need may vary depending on the business need. The price is fixed until the end of the year. The requirements imposed by the Customer are specified in the technical specifications and must be met at all points, since the services will be provided in the territory of the operating facility of OOO LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka with the availability of a checkpoint and its own security system.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach to the proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure the application form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file as a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
