Auto-extension

Information for participants:

The list of vehicles and the number of hours are indicated in the statement of work. The list of operating hours is preliminary and the monthly need may vary depending on the official need. The price is fixed until the end of the year. The requirements presented by the Customer are indicated in the technical specifications and must be observed in all respects, since the services will be provided on the territory of the sensitive facility of LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka LLC with a checkpoint and its own security system. The cost of one machine hour includes the cost of fuel and lubricants, repairs, depreciation of equipment and other associated costs borne by the lessor.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
