Auto-extension

Comments: Information for participants:
The list of vehicles is indicated in the statement of work. The need for transportation specified in the procedure is approximate and may change during the entire term of the contract, both in smaller and higher direction. In this procedure, the maximum transportation prices for the high season are indicated, the prices for each transportation will be agreed additionally and cannot exceed the indicated prices in the winner’s offer.
General requirements
1. Transportation of goods through the territory of Russia and neighboring countries, including oversized and heavy, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2. Provision of all vehicles indicated in the list.
3. The ability to provide simultaneously three vehicles of the same type.
4. Equipment of vehicles with the GLONAS system.
5. Cargo insurance.
6. Guaranteed delivery of goods on time.
The cost of fuel and lubricants and all associated transportation costs are included in the offer price. The need for transport for 2020. according to buyer's requests as necessary.
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
