Comments:
Technical Requirements:
- Predicted work of equipment, if necessary, overtime and weekends;
- Fully technically sound;
- Registration at Rosgostekhnadzor;
- Availability of existing WHAT VET;
- Not older than 10 years;
- The presence of sound backing;
- The presence of flame arresters;
- The presence of two recoil devices;
- Presentation of equipment for inspection by a specialist of PJSC "Saratov Oil Refinery", to obtain a work permit on the territory of the enterprise;
- Information on the ownership of the equipment.

Requirement for the driver:
- A certificate of medical examination;
- The presence of accident insurance in the amount of at least 400t.r.;
- Daily medical examination with a mark in the waybill;
- The presence of overalls, special shoes, helmets, gas masks and goggles;
- Briefing;
- Existence of valid permits for employees (labor protection and industrial safety, driver's license of the corresponding category, driver's license of a crane or a hydraulic lift)

Necessary equipment:
1) Truck crane
DAILY 8-10 hours / shift
Carrying capacity: 25 tons
Work in the territory of PJSC "Saratov Oil Refinery"
2) Truck manipulator
DAILY 4-8 hours / shift
Carrying capacity from 3 to 10 tons
Body length 5 - 10 meters
Work in the territory of PJSC "Saratov Oil Refinery"

Transport is rented WITH A DRIVER; the cost of fuel and lubricants and repairs is included in the rental price.

1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
