- Preliminary payment in the amount of 500 000 Russian rubles from the cost of equipment according to your KP, the remaining part on the fact of delivery of equipment to IOOO "Omsk Carbon Mogilev";
- 100% irrevocable unconfirmed uncovered letter of credit for the supply of all equipment;
- Bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment (___% according to your KP).
