Auto-extension

1. Please all questions of procedure specify using functional ETP (requests for clarification).
2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached application form the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization of the procedure. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure on the results except for the winner, cancel the request or its results, as well as to exclude any participant without explaining the reasons for the request.

Submission of technical and commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
