Comments:
1. The enclosed form "2 Tur_tech. Requirements + Table of prices" in the context of the mentioned circulations should be filled in obligatory order.

2. Consider the possibility of lowering prices from earlier stated in the first rounds.

3. First of all it is necessary to provide the samples of forms under the position "uniform policy of ILFL" in the declared three formats (as soon as possible).

This procedure is not a contest, it is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
