Payment terms:Оплата поставляемого товара осуществляется путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 45 дней с момента получения счет-фактуры ФО Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Доставка товара должна быть произведена силами и средствами Поставщика. Транспортные расходы должны включены в стоимость товара. Поставка должна осуществляться в ж/д цистернах. Поставщик выписывает товарную накладную ТОРГ-12, счет-фактуру и предоставляет железнодорожную накладную с заполненными реквизитами. Поставка осуществляется в 2 этапа: сентябрь-60тн, декабрь -60 тн.
