Uploading a scan of a Commercial Proposal on your company's letterhead (with signature and seal), indicating:
1. Model number of the manufacturer, factory and manufacturer's country;
3. Terms of payment;
4. Delivery dates;
5. Warranty period for the offered products;
6. Other essential conditions and characteristics (scans of certificates, etc., if applicable);
7. If an EQUIVALENT is offered, it is necessary in the b2b proposal submission form not only to indicate that an EQUIVALENT is offered, BUT also ITS NAME (manufacturer, model/brand/model number).
IMPORTANT! – when filling out a proposal for an E-Marketplace, please enter specific information, without reference to the attached Commercial Proposal, since the data is transferred from the E-Marketplace to 1C.
Therefore, such filling options as: "Specified in the Commercial Proposal", "According to the Commercial Proposal", etc. are not allowed.
It is mandatory to attach a document characterizing the relationship of the Supplier to the Manufacturer (dealer certificate, distributor, etc.), as well as indicate this in the Commercial Proposal.
At this stage, it is not required to download the constituent documents.
