Auto-extension

PACKING REQUIREMENTS:
1) GALVANIZED SHEETS - MANDATORY DEEP LATING.
2) PROFLIST, PROFNASTIL - MANDATORY DEEP LATING.
MANDATORY PRESENCE OF A PACKING LIST ON EACH CARGO PLACE. CARGO FOR DIFFERENT END RECIPIENTS. COMPLETE SET OF LOADS ACCORDING TO THE ACCOUNTS. ITEMS FOR DIFFERENT RECIPIENTS TO BE COMPLETED IN ONE LOADING PLACE (i.e., BANDING OR CRATING) IS PROHIBITED. In addition to the commercial proposal form, it is necessary to draw up an offer on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attach it to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The products cost shall include VAT and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- payment terms;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.), attach a dealer certificate;
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract;
- validity period of the commercial proposal. Products shall be new, unused;
- shipping warehouse address;
- TR value in rubles;
- type of packaging, dimensions;
The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
