Commercial proposal is accepted only in the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in EXCEL format! All items of the form are required!
The offered products must be new, not used;
Certificates of conformity, passports, technical description, project drawing must be attached; quality documents;
Criteria for selecting the best offer: delivery time, cost, payment terms, experience with the supplier;
Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the Customer by e-mail.
