Данный запрос предложений не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом) или публичным конкурсом в соответствии со статьями 447-449, 1057-1061 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, и не накладывает на ПАО "КуйбышевАзот" обязательств, установленных указанными статьями Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации.
Перечень документации, необходимой для участия в процедуре:К своим предложениям в электронной форме участникам данной процедуры НЕОБХОДИМО до момента окончания подачи заявок прикрепить файл в виде сканированной копии своего коммерческого предложения, подписанного уполномоченным лицом и заверенного печатью Участника данной процедуры (шаблон прилагается).
