Payment terms:Buyer shall pay by transferring money to the Vendor's account in the following order: 100% of the value of the item — within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods from the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time July-August 2021 Delivery is delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. Shipping is included in the price of the Item. The date of delivery is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the invoice (BIG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse Mezhdurechensk, Southern industrial zone, Warehouse. Comments:
1. Conclusion of a contract only in the model version of Pao"South Kuzbass"" without the protocol of disagreement (SEE THE ATTACHMENT).
2. Required attachment of a certificate of conformity, application permit, dealer certificate, commercial offer, with delivery time and payment terms, reference list!
3. The products should be 2021!
4. Warranty period is 24 months from commissioning!!!
5. Quantity may be changed if applications change.
6. Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

Participants who have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDI and who have not paid for the System membership can be uploaded by the Request Organizer on behalf of the Member . Three documents must be available for this:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the seal of the organization;
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of the Participant (such as power of attorney);
- A letter retracting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in a free form on the company's form with the signature of the authorized person).
The subject line of the letter must include the procedure number and name of the organizer.
