Unconditional consent to the conclusion of a model contract of sale in the edition of
LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" without a protocol of disagreement on the terms specified in this announcement.
The potential buyer should not have information about negative work experience and unreliability.
Signs of unreliability and the presence of negative experience, documented as follows:
- presence of the applicant, which entered into force of the decision of the Arbitration Court, testifying to the violation of the applicant before the organization of the group "LUKOIL" obligations under any contracts, within one years from the date of issuance of the notice;
- evasion earlier from signing the contract within the established time limits;
- existence of a decision of state bodies on temporary suspension of movement on bank accounts of the applicant;
- failure of payment terms under previously concluded contracts, within one year;
- interruptions in terms of export of TMC and performance of works under previously concluded contracts within one year;
- existence of established obligations in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and/or local regulations of PJSC LUKOIL, which may result in negative financial ( tax) consequences when entering into contractual relations with the applicant.
- established and documented other facts reflecting the risks of causing financial damage, as well as damage to the image of the organizations of LUKOIL Group, in case of entering into a contractual relationship with the applicant; $
- the presence of unreliable information recognized by the tax authority contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the applicant.
This "Announcement of Sale" is not an auction and it is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the "Sales Announcement" is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications, also the organizer of the "Sales Announcement" has the right to refuse from conclusion of the contract with the winner of the procedure at any time after summing up the results in case of identification of negative consequences/risks from conclusion of the contract with the winner.
