The sale is carried out on the basis of self-delivery of products.

The goods are transferred to the Buyer at the location of the Seller's warehouse.
Loading is carried out by the forces and means of the Seller.
The Buyer carries out self-pickup of the Goods using his own transport at his own expense and resources, having previously agreed on the time of arrival of the vehicle.

Requirements for participants in the purchase of goods:
MANDATORY AVAILABILITY FOR THE APPLICANT OF A LICENSE FOR THE ACTIVITY OF COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, PROCESSING, DISPOSAL, DISPOSAL, DISPOSAL OF WASTE I-IV HAZARD CLASSES, WITH THE INDICATION OF 464 OF THE F12 TYPE CODE OF 465.
Unconditional consent to conclude a standard sales contract as amended
LLC LUKOIL-AIK without a protocol of disagreements on the terms specified in this announcement.

Pipe condition:
- pipe body wear (eccentric change in pipe wall thickness during well operation);
- deposition of salts on the inner surface of the pipe (deposition on the pipe wall);
- clogged ARPD of the inner pipe channel (deposition on the pipe wall);
- internal through pitting corrosion of the pipe body (through holes in the pipe wall and corrosive destruction of the inner surface of the pipe body);
- electrocorrosion (surface destruction);
- pitting corrosion (narrow deep
cavities in the metal, starting from the surface and going deep into the metal);
- erosion of the inner surface of the pipe (change in the thickness of the pipe wall, washing out of the pipe metal);
- curvature (change in the geometry of the pipe in the form of curvature).


This "Announcement of Sale" is not an auction and is not subject to the requirement of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the "Announcement of Sale" is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications, and the organizer of the "Announcement of Sale" has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement with the winner of the procedure at any time after summing up in case of revealing negative consequences / risks from the conclusion of an agreement with the winner.
