THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE A LICENSE TO COLLECT, TRANSPORT, PROCESS, DISPOSE OF, NEUTRALIZE, AND DISPOSE OF WASTE OF HAZARD CLASSES I-IV, INDICATING THE WASTE TYPE CODE ACCORDING TO FKKO 46954121514.
Unconditional consent to the conclusion of a standard contract of sale in the editorial office
LUKOIL-AIK LLC without a protocol of disagreement on the terms specified in this announcement.

Pipe condition:
-wear of the pipe body (eccentric change in the thickness of the pipe wall during the operation of the well);
-deposition of salts on the inner surface of the pipe (deposition on the pipe wall);
-clogging of the AFS of the inner channel of the pipes (deposition on the pipe wall);
-internal through ulcerative corrosion of the pipe body (through holes in the pipe wall and corrosion destruction of the inner surface of the pipe body);
-electrocorrosion (destruction of the surface);
-pitting corrosion (narrow deep cavities in the metal, starting from the surface and going deep into the metal);
-erosion of the inner surface of the pipe (change in the thickness of the pipe wall, leaching of pipe metal);
-curvature (change in the geometry of the pipe in the form of curvature).


This "Announcement of Sale" is not a competitive bidding process and is not subject to the requirement of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the "Sale Announcement" is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received bids, also the organizer of the "Sale Announcement" has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement with the winner of the procedure at any time after summing up the results in case of negative consequences /risks from concluding an agreement with the winner.
