Payment terms:Buyer shall pay for the goods delivered in the following order: within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the original documents of the following documents in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation :
(a) Payment bill
b) invoice
c) A service act signed on both sides (either an act of work performed or invoice)
d) Certificate of quality (or other documents depending on specifics)
Delivery terms:1. Delivery time is up to and including 20.07.2021.
2. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer is made by means and with the Supplier's funds.
3. The goods must be delivered and transferred to the Buyer at the Uzensky oil collection facility at Saratov region, Novouzensky District, p. Dmitrievka, 350 meters west of the Kustov Pond.
4. The goods are delivered in batches within the parties agreed on time limits.
5. Top discharge only at the reception point
6. Threaded fuses/protectors required
7. Marking of each cargo area (non-erasable markings)
8. Technical documentation (quality passport/quality certificate, steel certificate)
9. Pipe length no more than 10 m
10. Tolerance +/- 10% of total purchase

Comments:
This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting proposals is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Proposal Procedure therefore does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants.
