- Contract awarding criteria: Quality of goods, delivery time according to the schedule in terms of delivery, cost, terms of payment;
- This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code;
- This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
