Comments: 1. Delivery time — to 21.05.2021.
2. All prices in the offer must include the shipping cost to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Loading a commercial offer is MANDATORY, price change after the end of application is not allowed.
4. We especially draw your attention to the fact that the supplied TMC should be produced only by the Russian Federation not earlier than 2020, not used. Mandatory requirement for delivery - availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The conclusion of the contract is made in the edition of EVRAZ Metal Inprom JSC.
6. When concluding the contract, you must provide the following package of documents The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Enterprise card;
- Charter and amendments thereto;
- A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- Copy of the certificate of registration for tax registration;
- A copy of the certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for counterparties — individual entrepreneurs);
- Actual extract from the USRUL/EGRIP for the last 3 months;
- Permitting documents - certificates, licenses and permits (if any);
- Documents confirming the powers of the signatory of the contract on the part of the counterparty;
- Certificate of performance of duty on payment of taxes — code for KND 1120101. Date of issuance of certificate not more than 1 month;
- information about the number — code on the KND 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and the signature of the head of the organization copies of the documents confirming the location: the lease agreement and/or the certificate of ownership (warehouse+office);
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with the mark of the tax authorities on acceptance:
* Form 0710001 on OKID — Balance sheet;
* Form 0710002 on OCD — Report on financial results;
- Financial (Managerial) statements at the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization, certified by the seal (if any):
* Form 0710001 on OKID — Balance sheet;
* Form 0710002 on OCD — Report on financial results;
- certified by the seal of the organization (if any) and the signature of the head of the organization, a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period with a mark of the tax authorities on acceptance.
Documents must be submitted in pdf format within 3 working days from the end of submission of applications.
7. We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
