1This request procedure is not an offer, an invitation

Customer is not obligated to enter into any transactions
the results of request for proposals, has the right to opt out
all offers (applications) received for any reason or terminate
request for proposals at any time without notifying Participants
procurement and does not take any responsibility to the Participants
or third parties to whom such acts may cause damages.
The Customer also does not have any obligation to reimburse Members
purchase or other third parties of any expense or any loss,
related to participation in the request for proposals procedure. Purchase member,
taking part in the request for proposals procedure confirms that it
read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Promoter has the right to stage 2 (retrade) in case of receipt
unsatisfactory result in the first phase. Before the retrade will
no more than 30% of applicants with the best prices of the total are admitted
participants. The winner of the procedure will be declared the challenger
who offered, best conditions according to the requirements and
procedure criteria.
