Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of 30 working days from the date of delivery of the products and the submission of original documents.
Delivery terms:DDP g. Ust-Kut. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price. Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to have quality documents, certificates of TR CU, declaration of the customs union with delivery.
The delivery time is not more than 14 days from the date of signing the specification.
Georeferencing:Irkutsk region. Ust-Kutsky district. Irkutsk Polymer Plant.
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or discontinue the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
