Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under the agreement is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds from the Buyer's account to the Supplier's account. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's account. Advance payment is not provided. Deferral of payment 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Goods is carried out in batches throughout the year at the request of the Buyer in accordance with the needs. Minimum delivery lot 6m. Delivery is carried out within 5 (five) business days from the date of application.

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is directed in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Organizer of the tender within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to select several winners by dividing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its own discretion and without explaining the reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure
