Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the consignment within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the consignment (the date of signing the consignment note without complaints) and the submission of the tax invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
Obligatory completion of the commercial offer form from the procurement documentation.
1) Specify prices with the highest possible discount.
2) Products must be new, not used.
3) Shipping costs specify separately.

Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
